Supported Living Service
Tyddyn Môn is a leading provider of supported living for adults with learning disabilities on Anglesey. We provide supported living services across a number of locations on Anglesey. Two properties are located in the Menai Bridge area, one is located in central Anglesey and a further four are located in Holyhead and the surrounding area.
The support provided enables the adults we support to achieve what is important to them, participate in their local communities, and develop the skills, opportunities and independence they need to live happy, full and satisfying lives.
